The Wrens Club offers a fully equipped gym spread over three floors, it includes a variety of cardio-vascular equipment including running machines, cross-trainers, cycling simulators, as well as free weights and resistance equipment. Members can also enjoy use of the Wren’s Club spa facilities, including the relaxation room and sauna. Monday to Friday members may also receive spa treatments at a discounted rate.
